What we collect
Only what you type into the sample request form: company, name, email, country, the lines you are interested in, monthly volume, packaging and your message.
Our web server also writes technical logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser identification) for security and error analysis.
Why and on what basis
We use the form data to answer your request and to prepare a sample and a specification, which is a step you ask us to take before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We use the server logs to keep the site secure and working, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives it
The request is delivered to our mailbox by e-mail. Our e-mail service provider and our hosting provider process it on our behalf. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for as long as we need it to answer you and to run the business relationship that may follow, and as long as the law requires us to keep commercial correspondence. Server logs are kept for a limited period.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Cookies appear only for site administrators who log in.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@honeymark.eu.
You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) or to the authority in your own country.
